[Just as a sidenote: The miscellaneous pictures were added to give depth to what Sergeant Erwin was speaking about. They are all CCSU students, and every one of them is familiar with Sergeant Erwin and the relationship he has created with many students on campus. None of the students were arrested or even in trouble in any way at the times the photos were taken. Photos were taken by Kyle Reutenauer and myself, EXCLUDING the picture of Sergeant Erwin and his son after the marathon they participated in during the Fall, the arial photo of the campus, the drawing of the proposed Police Department and the photo of the Central Police Officer on bike patrol.]
